Realising that the HSNO regulations introduced in January 2005 would result in a non-compliant warehouse for us, we undertook the major investment of building a new facility on the rear of our land at 63 Hunua Rd Papakura.

The process of submissions to ERMA and obtaining the necessary resource consents which includes two rain forests, took nearly two years. Work started on the site in the 2nd week of June 2006 and now four months later, the end is in sight. With the building nearly ready to be signed off, we anticipate the move from our existing warehouse will take place before Christmas and we will be operating out of the new facility from the beginning of next year.

We are very proud of the new warehouse and factory. An enormous amount of thought has been put into the design and content all with you, our customers, in mind.

We have included a laboratory with a spray booth for testing product and equipment, a demonstration / lecture room, a purpose built gel coat tinting and mixing room, along with a cutting room for the various fabrics we stock. In this room we will have a state of the art cutting machine and the facility to cut to order e.g. Fibreglass bandages.
